"Drum and Bass duo founded in Spain and based in Bulgaria.
Power liquid sound, futurism and passion for technology, wrapped in a cosmic vision.
According to DJ Mag Spain Betafuture’s music can be defined as: “Dancefloor D&B, drifting between liquid and hard rolling. Full of serious sounds, progressive melodies and minimalistic synths (Dj Mag España)”.In 2014 Betafuture released their “Void EP”, featuring four tracks of atmospheric liquid drum and bass.
The video for the lead single – Morning Sun, brought great success, being included in the top 10 videos for July 2014 by legendary Kmag (aka. Knowledge Magazine). It is still being broadcasted on the Bulgarian music Channel BoxTv.
The EP was followed by a chain of singles and mashups, in between the numerous parties and festivals across Bulgaria the duo took part in.The summer of 2016 began with a new release – the single Wind ft. Nestynarka. A collaboration with another video clip, which again found its way to TV.
Pavel and Radoslav live, study and work in Spain’s capital – Madrid, between 2002 and 2013. They are both deeply engaged with music , already since teenagers – Pavel dedicates his time to playing guitar and producing music, while Radoslav focuses on DJ-ing and organizing events.Their paths cross in 2004, but it is only in 2012 that they realize how the similarities in their musical tastes, influences and beliefs can result in something more than common interest, thus leading to the creation of Betafuture.
In 2013 they decide to give a fresh start to their project, going back to Bulgaria and building a studio in Sofia.
There is a lot to look forward to now – the duo is working on new tracks, the first one coming out in January 2017.
